Pros

The best thing about working for Welcome Break is how passionate they are about internal promotion. I believe you can dream for the stars, and there will be a career point for that role. Welcome Break believe in doing nothing but getting you there. This is definitely a company I will work for for life.

Cons

Most of the recognition is upper Senior Management.

Very frustrating at times

Pros

Flexible hours, some decent discounts, I'm struggling to write the minimum twenty words of 'pros' so maybe that speaks volumes for itself!

Cons

Never enough staff, money or equipment available to provide the first class service that out of touch executives keep banging on about (suggestion: come down out of your ivory towers and see how the real world lives). Never met any senior management so no opinion other than it's a poor show and a demonstration of little value they place in their workers.
