Staff discount Friendly team Free drinks Variation of shifts Paid holidays Great online system

Cons

UBM doesn't really act like a manager UBM only works morning shifts (at my unit) Only seem to care about money Never enough staff members working due to money so team members are always stressed Working until 1am at KFC to clean down Sometimes don't get contracted hours

Great to hear so many positives about our employee discount scheme, being part of a friendly team, flexible working and our online HR system DRiVE. We wont take any credit for the paid holidays as we should be doing this as standard. But great that you appreciate your time off for a good work life balance. I'm sorry to hear about your feelings towards your Line Manager, I would suggest that if you are still feeling this way you ask to speak to your Site Operations Manager and see of she can help you with your other concerns. Welcomebreak is a Good place to be and you can further your Career if you are committed to the company and show full dedication the company recognises and rewards committed staff.

Cons

sometimes their are long hours involved and you need to be prepared at all times.The culture sometimes can be low but you always have to look above it and rise to the top.
