Fantastic company, great working environment

Pros

Everyone is so friendly and the head office environment is like none I have ever come across before; fun and relaxed with great coffee and lunch available. It truly is a fantastic place to work. I have a fairly new role and have plenty of opportunities available to me to grow and develop.

Cons

The only cons I can think of are that my holiday entitlement is slightly less than I have been used to at previous employers and there are some benefits I miss (e.g. cycle to work scheme, discounted gym membership) but overall nothing major and the pros certainly outweigh these. Parking can also sometimes be a bit of an issue at head office but I just make sure I get in early to get a space.

Cons

Work life balance. EU working time directive. Taken for granted. No reward and recognition. Management think no one has a life outside welcome break. No support from higher up, just criticism.

Free food for managers and good discount for staff. Free drinks for all

Cons

Too much paperwork. Always feel like your covering your backside so people love to dish out disciplinary. Some very sly team members/ management.
