      Pros

      Great team of people led by a very hands on senior team. A 24/7 industry but hard work with much fun and good rewards. Opportunities across the UK for career moves and opportunities, in a multitude of brands within Catering, Retail & Hotels.

      Cons

      Fast paced customer environment. Not for those who don't love people.

      Pros

      If you work hard and to a high performance there are some excellent career opportunities, what i particularly love is there are different career pathways, whether you would like to learn more about operations, people, IT, Finance etc. There are lots of different avenues all under one roof. The senior team are friendly and welcoming but most importantly it has a nice warm feeling. Excellent benefits which can save you a lot of money on every day things, definitely a bonus in my eyes

      Cons

      Some of the locations aren't accessible by public transport so you will need to drive, have lovely friends/ family or on a keep fit mission.

      Pros

      There are some fantastic reward and recognition schemes that the company run during the busiest weeks of the year, outside of those it is great to read so many positive stories by employees at all levels on its own internal social media platform. Bosses at all levels are willing to talk and interact with you. Despite it often being hard work, it is also fun.

      Cons

      Unless you have parents that are willing to drive you everywhere you will probably need to either be able to drive or live so close to a site that you can walk/bike to work.

Great to hear that you feel the reward and recognition schemes are well received onsite. We are really proud of our fun and exciting culture and we are glad that you like to see the stories from other sites on our social media platform Jam. We are also really proud of our leadership culture where we try and ensure our leaders connect with every person in our business regardless of job title! it is an extremely valid point regarding travel to our sites, this can be tricky if you don't have access to your own transport. But on some of our sites we also have employees taking advantage of our cycle to work scheme, and getting fit and healthy whilst cycling into work.
