It is a paid job.

Cons

-Only managment ger their meals paid for, lower income people have to pay for everything. -You are treated as a number with no value. -Managment are able to try and hinder any job progression and have no issue with making your job harder due to personal vendeta. -you could be cohersed into sighning false statements through fear of loosing your job. -you do not receive sick pay unless you are managment. -you will me asked to clean human waste then handle food.

Pros

I worked at Fleet KFC as a part time team member and full time member during holidays. Shifts are very flexible and the working environment with the team was great! Really loved it here as a first job, doesn't sound glamorous working at KFC but I learnt a lot of life and professional skills.

Cons

Because its a franchise, all they care about is making profit! We were always short of staff because we didn't have enough employees to cover sick calls etc. We had awkward breaks e.g. a break after only working for 1 hour after working continuously for 6 hours. Staff always had to do overtime sometimes work double shifts. Many would finish really late and expected to be in early next morning.
