      Stability, competitive wages, possibility to receive benefits, good locations, easy access. Good reputation

      Cons

      Lack of support from Management at Corporate Office. You can build a career but you will need to neglect your family and personal life. No work/life balance. Lack of improvement in old facilities. Lack of training and orientation for new employees
