-You revive a free membership with employment -Employees that are not in upper management are generally friendly

Cons

-The wages they pay hourly associates is atrocious compared to similar companies -Management is hired from outside the company (usually 24 hour fitness), very little internal promotion -Corporate structure extremely removed from day to day operations and corporate employees are not approachable -Revenue is used to build new clubs instead of repairing existing buildings or rewarding current employees/members

you get a free membership to the gym you work at if you stay for a long time, parents will give you babysitting and nannying jobs (pay well)

unorganized upper management some unmotivated staff no upward mobility very low pay

Felt connected to co-workers, great interactions with members (for the most part), free gym membership,

Cons

Management at specific clubs care about their employees, but upper management in Colorado DO NO CARE at all about their employees. It's is almost disheartening.
