Work your butt off, get nothing to show for it but frustration

- Made good money when hitting or exceeding budget - Enjoyed the local staff I worked with

Cons

- Horrible communication from corporate, belittled staff and management - VERY difficult to get your full payout. They make excuses as to why a sale was not completed, and blame staff. Even when it was their own error. (example; proof of address for sale sent to corporate, they claim they never received it, sent copy with time stamp of when it was last sent, still blames staff and does not give credit for sale in period needed for bonus). - no work life balance - Corporate figures are all stubborn dinosaurs. Take no feedback and not willing to change. Makes sense why clubs like Lifetime & Equinox are running them out of business.

Pros

I like the facility enough to want to work out there and play racquetball every now and then.

Cons

Very high turnover in multiple levels of the staff, led to me not getting any on-boarding at all. We didn't have a manager for weeks, and the morale was terrible. Systems were inefficient and out-dated, and there was a general lack of concern for the members.
