      Great co-workers, solid PTO plan and flexible work environment.

      Cons

      Constant leadership changes, re-organizations and parade of consultants resulting in stressed out workforce with no loyalty to senior management. Senior management continually jockeying for position, lots of back stabbing. Too many open positions not enough people to do the work.
