Comparatively Good salaries & Work culture that inherits from Mother Company Unless few Locals in managements trying to spoil it. Good start up for freshers that allow to learn much.

Cons

US co workers are much more supportive than Local SL . Few Locals in managements trying to make it a hostile work environment by coercion, manipulation and mind gaming people.

Travel opportunities, lots of bookish people (if that's your thing), generally pretty flexible and humane depending on your team and manager.

Cons

Long track record of reorganizing to solve for problems in execution instead of investing in expertise/talent or infrastructure to solve endemic operational issues.
