      Pros

      Great co-workers and the office atmosphere is very relaxed but hard-working. Managers respect 40 hours a week and don't ask you to put more hours in after the workday ends or on the weekends.

      Cons

      It pays terrible and there always seems to be a restructure happening. Limited advancement opportunities.

      Great travel opportunities, perks of flexibility of working location.

      Cons

      Restructuring means people are let go and others have to do additional jobs without pay compensation. The work is never ending and high stress.
