      Good interpersonal relationships but let down by structural issues

      Excellent interpersonal relationships Some great colleagues Wiley really looks after its own Good attempts to foster community spirit through various initiatives

      Cons

      Communication is truly bad. Sometimes find out people have left through Linkedin updates. Constant restructuring which sometimes seems to lack rationale and is then reversed at a later date. Outsourcing has meant some basic functions like getting an invoice paid or having new software installed turn into bureaucratic nightmares

      Great if you fit the mold

      Pros

      They treat their people well. It's a friendly work environment, and you feel like a person not just a drone.

      Cons

      You will likely be in the same job forever. Watch out for annual Fall culling/layoffs. Keep an eye on cliques

      Was good place to work.

      Pros

      At one time they were a great place to work. The people were smart, hard working, collaborative and good at their jobs.

      Cons

      Management overhaul changed everything. People fled. The new management team that was put in place had little experience managing people or a business.
