      Nice colleagues, lots of flex time

      Cons

      The commute is horrendous, lots of rapid change with poor communications Also a lot of top heavy management so very hard to advance and lots of young talent leaves

      Decent vacation policy (although not as good as it once was).

      Cons

      Constant reorganization and back-stabbing. Communication is poor. The leaders of the technology organization in particular cannot be trusted.
