Pros

Some good benefits, lovely people, good work life balance, flexible and convenient for most people. The only publisher in the area.

Cons

Salaries are poor, not competitive and not standardised across the company. Wiley is constantly undergoing restructure leading to unhappy staff.

Pros

Enjoy the people I work with and the company allows for flexibility with hours (open 9-9).

Cons

Very little development available, work expectations unrealistic at times, and compensation for managers is significantly lower than the employees that work for them which is demotivating.

Pros

When I was there the people were very good to work with. It was a good environment until the out sourcing started.

Cons

The company is not doing well now. My job, along with many others were out sourced, and I have recently been told that the outsourcing program is continuing . I would not recommend applying for a position there.
