      Very smart and creative people; good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Contant restructuring. Must come to an end so colleagues can get on with their work instead of worrying they'll be let go in the latest round of restructuring.

      Pros

      Good benefits, but declining. Was a very stable and extraordinary publishing company for 200 years. Historically treated people very very well and many worked there for lifetime careers.

      Cons

      Dramatically changing company in a changing industry, reinventing themselves in some non publishing directions. Reengineering and restructuring changing much of the pros above.
