The changes that are happening currently are moving too fast. It seems that a company that has lasted over 175 years is relying on consultants to make dramatic changes to the Core of what the company represented. There is no longer any care or interest in how the changes affect staff. No longer is there a look to see if existing staff can be retrained for new positions, out with the old in with the new is the new mantra. When the old leave the new are lost on who to contact for anything, relying on the remaining few to point them in the right direction. One more email about staff leaving and we will be checking for more redundancy across the globe. No idea why there has not been any article in any financial columns about the thousands that have been cut.

Senior management are only have "what have you done for me lately approach". There is not much room for advancement and compensation is on the lower end of the scale. Systems are antiquated and not user friendly. Divisions/functions don't always know each other strength, lots of duplication of work that lends to conflicting results.
