Pros

- very flexible in terms of time management mostly because of a great project manager (get to go for an hour and a half to gym) and make up the time - my team are excellent to work with - learnt a lot during my 1st year working - recreation day out every year

Cons

- no future for any london based development for some teams as they bought a smaller tech company in the US to do that - management very slow to changing technology to the latest - no actual practical benefits from the company

Pros

Very good paid time off, flexible work arrangements, and nice managers. Wiley provides good benefits and good social functions for employees throughout the year.

Cons

Too many systems that do not "talk" to one another. Very high expectations for employees to be knowledgeable about all of their thousands of products that they produce. There is not enough people in their support areas to handle call volumes and customer inquiries.
