I have had an opportunity to work with an excellent team who are dedicated to their work with highest level of commitment. If not for relocation I won't have left. They even awarded me by a performance bonus after I had left for previous fiscal year. It came as a surprise and in my managers word..."was deserving".

Cons

Change is fast...Need to slow down as employees are not effectively prepared for it.

Pros

Good benefits and work-life balance. Many professionals who genuinely care about their work and yours. Opportunity to work with global teams, especially between the US and UK, as well as Russia, India and Germany. Solid editorial teams produce great content.

Cons

Excessive office politics. Far too many layers of management. Management is secretive but not strategic. Business users need a better understanding of the technology they use and manage, and many of them don't know that they are missing these skills. Training team and management have not addressed these challenges. Business processes in technology are time consuming and often pointless. Morale in business and technology areas has been hit hard by multiple, poorly executed layoffs and reorganizations, and by the remaining teams being spread too thin.
