      This company getting worse

      Pros

      Some good knowledgeable people. Good products and information. Hopefully with new CEO comes up with a better vision.

      Cons

      Getting rid of smart professionals. Too much upper management infighting. Outsourcing jobs then they tell you how great it is as you see co-workers get laid off. Low pay. Benefits getting worse but more expensive. There a lot of people that speak well but don't say anything of value.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, fantastic people and good work life balance if thats what you're after. Great pension scheme and generally a nice vibe.

      Cons

      Poor structure, top heavy management set up and not alot of opportunity for progression
