Pros

Great office space - fresh remodel in open concept space! Very cool! Flexible hours, great people!

Cons

Only 1 work from home day! There seems to have been a lot of promotion in the upper Management levels but no movement around LTs and IDs. You are expected to work after hours.

Pros

Hard working people, really dedicated and passionate about their work. Dedicated to quality and serving the customer. Great benefits.

Cons

While colleagues were great, management was not. This is an example of a company that says they want to change but doesn't know how and doesn't have the leadership to do so. Employees are encouraged to experiment, but are not rewarded for doing so. And, decisions are not made here. Meetings upon meetings, to discuss meetings, to redo presentations with a different format. Transistion is handled poorly. Rumors fly about who's going to be let go next. It's filled with anxiety and stress.

Great benefits which include insurance and paid time off.

Cons

Little opportunity to advance in your career. Company doesn't promote college graduates.
