      Pros

      Good people in the Indianapolis office. Laid back environment, not a stuffy or formal work place. Good benefits and time off.

      Cons

      Unstable. No guarantee Indianapolis office will still be around for the long haul. No career progression. Decent opportunity for a first job but don't plan to stay long.

      Pros

      Approachable and friendly colleagues. Hardly any politics in my department. Decent benefits program. Ongoing learning and development opportunities.

      Cons

      Compensation is way lower than competitors. Too much talk of vision but takes forever to get started on actions. Lack of diversity in leadership team. Reporting managers need to be better trained at communicating with the team and boosting morale. Numbers and KPIs are important but not as important as having the people to achieve those results. Major improvements required technology wise.
