- good work-life balance - nice coworkers

Cons

- very slow, not efficiently managed - not clear about how to evolve with the changing environment - too much hierarchy, not much advancement; if there is, a lot of time it's based on personal connection instead of professional competence

Pros

Wiley was a company that really valued its employees. Some of this still remains. There are incentives for recommending new employees and for employees who have had exceptional performance.

Cons

There doesn't seem to be a clear direction for the company. While the industry has changed, Wiley is struggling to find its niche. Cuts have been made to essential employees without regard for the consequences.
