Wiley is a great company with really talented people! Everyone is smart and collaborative. Great PTO benefits and wonderful work-life balance.

Cons

Salary is competitive, but on the low side.

Flexible hours, great benefits and vacation time, good people to work with and learn from... room to grow and advance semi-quickly (compared to other publishers).

Cons

low starting salaries... not the easiest to get raised, and office in Hoboken, NJ

We agree completely that there are some pretty great people that work throughout Wiley...but is the Hoboken office really that bad? It's right next to NYC! Seriously though, thanks for taking the time to write a review. We do monitor the feedback and really consider what people have to say.
