Great benefits, friendly colleagues. People are always willing to help solve a problem even if it doesn't fall under their responsibilities. Great benefits. Hosts great events and takes great care to be inclusive.

Cons

Very large company so you have to work hard at making lasting connections. Need to be extroverted otherwise you will get lost in the shuffle.

Disrupted market (what isn't these days), large size company can be less agile (although more stable)
