Cons

Communication between departments can be frustrating. Pay isn’t great.

Wiley is a great work place for those who wants to serve a community and work for a great cause.

Cons

More than restructure/reorganizations in the last few years. this affects many professionals and cause confusions in the short term, but hopfully will benefit the organization on the long term
