Vikas Gupta, the Managing Director of Wiley India himself helps the employees climb up the ladder if success. The office has an environment of friendliness. Though you might find a bit of friction here and there but it tells you that the office is on its gears.

Can’t think of a drawback of joining this company but if you’re afraid of big events and meeting well-established scholars, this company isn’t for you. To work here, you need confidence and a passion for books and research. The office can be sometimes fast-paced and at times very demanding in quality and work content.
