Pros

If you really want to get started with your own publishing business, Wiley India is the best place to start. Vikas Gupta, the Managing Director of Wiley India himself helps the employees climb up the ladder if success. The office has an environment of friendliness. Though you might find a bit of friction here and there but it tells you that the office is on its gears.

Cons

Can’t think of a drawback of joining this company but if you’re afraid of big events and meeting well-established scholars, this company isn’t for you. To work here, you need confidence and a passion for books and research. The office can be sometimes fast-paced and at times very demanding in quality and work content.
