Pros

The benefits were very good and I was in charge of more than one building.

Cons

The cons were that I had to drive over an hour to get to my job and eventually people started purchasing books online which led to the company downsizing and closing the distribution facility

Pros

Wiley is going through change but like all traditional publishing companies, they are managing these changes through a calculated way and ensuring minimal disruptions while balancing the need to grow and expand the businesses.

Cons

I've just joined the company so I will be making more updates on this section soon. At the moment it looks promising and looking forward to work with the team and management to grow the business in the region.
