      Pros

      Great benefits--you accrue vacation time quickly and the salaries are competitive. The hours are good and the location excellent.

      Cons

      The direction the company is moving. I loved my job, but now it's changed so much and the company is moving in a direction that is causing the job loss of hundreds of employees.

      Great content, good products, long history, family-friendly company, good hours, relaxed environment, pockets of very talented people.

      Cons

      Technology limitations can be very frustrating, and senior leadership has been unable to reverse direction and find a strategy that can move the company into the digital age.
