      There is a focus on quality that is not seen at some of the competitors. The company is trying to grow in new product offerings and developing areas of scientific research in which it hasn't previously competed.

      Cons

      Red tape and management approval of Everything just gets in the way. The company has a desire to innovate and change, but the process seems to always get slowed down by something.
