      Pros

      Great Work/Life Balance. People seem to leave work by 4:30-5:00 everyday and go to the gym at lunch. People seem happy and positive working here.

      Cons

      Not much room to grow and lower salaries. You can easily move around departments but not always higher levels to move up in the company.

      Some good colleagues, somewhat collaborative culture

      Cons

      Very cliquish, true old boy network, no room for advancement, every single product comes out late to market and technology is always very clunky and behind the times but they are always proud and exclaim it to be the best on market even though competition salivates whenever up against technology at Wiley. Oh and get rid of crappy books that are not marketable. You stay with books way beyond their shelf life.

      Pros

      Respectful work environment, community spirited, drive for increasingly collaborative environment. Opportunities for personal development and training. Increasingly global outlook.

      Cons

      Can be process driven, can be too much caution prior to decision making, can be too hierarchical, and too many people involved in making sometimes quite small decisions. Can be quite conservative although creativity is encouraged.
