      Pros

      They treat their employees very well, both personally and professionally. They go to great lengths to treat you 'like a person first and an employee second.' Compared to most companies, it has very little politics. The people here are very good people. And the Wiley family is great.

      Cons

      They tend to move very slowly to make decisions--there's a lot of paralysis by analysis, though there have been attempts to change that recently. It's a flat organization, so there aren't a lot of opportunities to move up. Also by being flat, management tends to be involved in a lot of decisions, which can often make people feel like they have responsibility but little authority.

      Pros

      The work life balance is amazing. They really put people first and care about thier employees. People have been there for 30 plus years!

      Cons

      They don't pay very well. The salary starts very low and then when you are promoted expect to get 7% at the most.
