location, environment, security, benefits, CLEAN

Cons

too many chiefs! Being brand new to my department I quickly caught on to my colleagues bitterness towards the company and its interest in keeping certain individuals from moving ahead. The training here is horrendous. Although I enjoy the company as a whole, the sales department is full of bitter, uneducated individuals.

Pros

The west coast office is really friendly and casual. The east coast office is bigger and so more fragmented into divisions. Overall the employees are pretty friendly, but the management is stand offish.

Cons

Management doesn't seem to have any idea about how hard employees work. They don't seem to understand that just because they are in New Jersey and not Manhattan, that it's not cheap to live. They spend lots of money on management, but expect the sales staff to advance money for travel and expenses.
