      Benefits program is really good. Generous PTO

      Cons

      Was a very family oriented company before current People officer took over. She is very cold and heartless. She took the Human out of Human Resources and called it People. Work life balance is very poor. The expectation is that everything is a priority. Too much pressure to meet a deadline when others are not required to do so. No penalty for others not to make deadlines. Very little time to execute.

      Smart people and that is about it.

      Cons

      "Wiley nice" culture is actually passive aggressive which isn't so nice; Executive team has had significant turn over due to poor decision making and hiring; company lacks consistent core values leaving it an org without a sense of direction.

      Mostly nice people, super cool company history and exceptional HQ location...

      Cons

      ...but they encourage jerks and politics, are set in their 100+ years ways, and have little interest in genuine marketing improvement if it threatens their kingdoms in any way.
