Pros

Good starting salaries and generous annual leave

Cons

Do not care for their employees mental well being. If you are making them money, they will allow bullies and toxic employees to get promoted. In my exit interview, HR eluded that my mental health was to blame for leaving and not bullying.

Pros

Gives a great outer picture but the internals are so messed up

Cons

The offshore teams have to work till late and on weekends as well, but cannot request for a work from home without prior approvals from the immediate supervisor. Team leads just keep on bragging without doing any works
