      Pros

      No Pros, The management is heavily client centric to the extent that they ignore employee perspective completely. Be it working hours (10hrs standar shift which many companies carrying out projects too do not exercise. Be it annual increament, the top performers are paid 10% annual hike. Be it work environment, understandably its in the hands of the senior employee to maintain a healthy / enjoyable environment but when the work starts dictating the culture the focus on work environment takes a back seat.

      Cons

      Meagre 10% hike including annual increment and promotion !!! Problematic leave management amongst employees.

      Pros

      - Good work environment, relaxed dressing code (in Brazil- Curitiba at least). - Flexible hours. - All sorts of clients. - Great health insurance (in Brazil). - One extra bonus salary (QPLC) per year. - Multicultural environment. - Global teams. - International travels.

      Cons

      - QPLC has been frozen for years (meaning that if today you earn 10k/month but you used to get 2k by the time you signed, you'll get 2k regardless). - Chances are you'll be forever stuck with your initial salary, even if you get a promotion. There are exceptions, but things can be shady sometimes. - Newcomers (which sometimes YOU brought in and interviewed) will be better paid than you, even if they are at a lower step on the career path. - Communication is not the greatest strength when it comes to management. - Decisions are always made on the last second, and sometimes they change their mind. - Mandatory trainings developed in-house are not on par with Udemy and alikes. - SAP apps are as buggy as they can get... the company could give more attention to intranet systems.
