      - Good environment - Low demand of work - Depending on the client, you can Work from Home (Home Office) - Depending on the client, you can Work using shorts in hot days.

      Cons

      - New employees are joining with a higher salary than the old ones. - Do not make salary adjustments yearly. - Do not have a employees retention program. (many many people are leaving currently) - NOT PREPARED LEADERSHIP - Do not do a close followup of employees skills evolution
