      Pros

      I have been working for Wipro for a little more than 2 years now. Great team support, management is always there when you need them, the learning and training courses are challenging and very helpfull to increase our readyness for new challenges. The Appraisal is fair and clear. I am a proud wiproite.

      Cons

      Sometimes working full time at the customer site, specially when it is a Wipro global account, the local office stays a little far from us, despite the fact of having an intense contact with the global Wipro team.
