      Pros

      No pros to share except good environment where people sit and chit chat when no work.

      Cons

      No transport Employee will be deported to client location as a contractor and it changes every 2-3 months Lots of unnecessary trainings Management never supports for aspirations or career growth. Less salary hike Managers usually gets irritated when an employee calls them for any information or help being at client location. You will be hired on a specific role but you will be put in any other role and will be pressurized to perform.

      * Competitive salary. * Good place to grow in career if you want to stay there for years. * Good work/balance life.

      Cons

      * Excessive number of mandatory trainings that become boring and not help you improve your knowledge, your just want to completed the assessment asap. * Not productive environment in major outsource projects, to much noise, the developer environment is slow because of the use of virtual machines. * Recurrent mandatory training as goals.

      - Solid career plan, flexible work time. - Profits sharing at the end of every year. - Solid and frequent feedbacks on appraisal process.

      Cons

      - Infrastructure gaps and issues. - If you perform well on a project, client will never let you move to another project, even if you're really unsatisfied. - Too many processes - which feels unecessary for the brazilian scenario, but are still there since the company is really big worldwide. - Since Wipro outsources IT services for many other companies, your experience really depends on which account you work for.
