      - Great culture - Established processes and policies - Global relocation opportunities (limited to emerging markets mainly)

      Cons

      - Too slow and bureaucratic to stay relevant for private businesses even in markets with limited access to capital - Very rigid and off-market asessement of investment projects - Multi-layered management is very distanced from the ground and employees

      Good exposure but bureaucratic and no career path for juniors

      - Generally smart and respectful colleagues - Diverse workplace, multicultural - Large diversity of projects, good exposure - Excellent health coverage for local staff

      Cons

      - No career progression: no promotion for staff joining as analysts, you have to apply to associate positions if/when they open and those are also open externally - Bad human ressource planning, high churn at the analyst / associate level - No bonus / serious incentive package, performance not valued - Salaries in country offices do not get properly revaluated. - Extremely bureaucratic organization, managers have little say in their team's development. Political decisions >> commercial ones.
