Very hard to enter, Very few people leave the post, posts go to those who are already there and not the most qualified person.

I believe that working in an international and multicultural environment gives an added value to any work. Furthermore, working for sustainable purposes increases determination and enriches performance.

Cons

Sometimes I faced situations where the red tape made the workflow slower and difficult. The hierarchy is a very strong concept in this organization and it is necessary to go through many steps until reaching the object set. In my opinion, many times the process could have been lighter and more fluent
