Pros

This organisation is a international organisation with a international standard policy. Good working relationship and a place where everyone is equal.

Cons

The organisation two years staff compulsory leave is my main downside concern and their travels payment policy where you have to perfund your trip

Cons

dysfunctional HR (slow and opaque recruitment, no career development, performance management not taken seriously). too many underperformers at all levels.
