      Good international experience available, but they tend to recruit from low cost centres which do not add value to projects and actually cost clients due to their lack of experience.

      Cons

      senior management which does not come from a process background are making catestrophic project decisions which are ruining projects.

      Great place to work if you don't mind the instability

      Great salary and benefit, good people with academic knowledge and practical skills, lots of opportunities for career advancement, plenty of training,

      Cons

      The job is generally not very stable. When oil price drops, layoff starts. People who have been in that industry for over 20 years have at least been laid off a few times.
