      - OK Basic Salary - High quarterly incentive - HMO coverage - Option to buy (Company Car, Laptop, Mobile Phone) - Supportive line managers (provide real guidance, and push you to become a better version of yourself, empowers people) - Collaborative team mates

      Cons

      - NESTLE RUINED EVERYTHING GOOD ABOUT WYETH - Nestle fired all Wyeth distributors, most of them with long tenure, gave them 45 days notice to wind down - Nestle lowballed employees with job offers to transfer to them, most with high tenure already

      Unless you’re in Sales or Marketing, you have limited opportunities for career progression. The culture is also not as people-centric as they claim. Most employees are overloaded and the company doesn’t seem to truly care as long as market share is up.
