      Pros

      - really good culture - really care a lot about it's people - Give ample time to get settled ie lot of trainings and time to get comfortable - Orientation program at SF, USA for every employee globally - Very supportive during covid-19. Lot of flexibility in WFH.

      Cons

      - none for now, everything is perfect.

      - Dangerous levels of groupthink within certain teams - Promotions for loyalty over performance; politics reign - Cliquish culture that discourages inter-team collaboration

      The name brand and free food and the perks

      Cons

      Finance is not proactive and idle resources plaque the dept. He puts out fake job postings (mainly staff augmentation roles) vs. real jobs in order to attract the best talent and then does not deliver and under delivers work objectives. This was very surprising.. Info. Tech teams manage all of the Finance projects not Finance.
