      - nothing for twitter 2.0

      Cons

      - QA team is reduced from 95 to 4, what a joke. - constant fear of getting fired. Everyone need to submit weekly and monthly report justifying their work and how is it making twitter better. And these reports are judged by tesla engineers. - new features are decided in any random meeting and expected to deliver in 3-4 days - No extra benefits. - Everyone still there are trying to leave

      Pre-acquisition: well developed processes and teams

      Cons

      Post- acquisition: no one knew what was going on. The CEO's constant self-promoting Tweets undermined employee engagement. I decided to leave after the CEO's post about Respecting the Pen&*/ Honore de Balzac.

      Pros

      Twitter 1.0 was a very inclusive, success driven, and collaborative team. Performance ads on Twitter were managed by a diverse team and every account was called on and serviced. Everything changed when Elon took over.

      Cons

      Terrible communication from upper management, CEO just fires people left and right, no job stability. Mandatory WFO now.
