      Pros

      Lots of great engineers that I got to work with. I learned a ton and most folks were kind and encouraging. The facilities were fantastic.

      Cons

      My mentor was very reserved and gave me a very poorly documented assignment. The company reorganization going on at the time was jarring.

      Pros

      Twitter is at a really unique stage where it is still a small company poised for tremendous growth. The product, engineering and sales teams are first class. There is nothing else in the world like Twitter and the company has a unique opportunity to grow its products, its business and to make a big impact on the world. Twitter has been making some big changes to the organization, product and business and I'm excited about the future

      Cons

      Its hard for big companies that have been around for a long time to move fast and make big changes required to be successful. Its hard for individual contributors to make big changes by themselves - big changes require lots of teamwork, time and energy.
