A good company if you want to be more resilient

Pros

Very driven workstyle, good at handling remote work, monthly allowance for company recreation, monthly snack allowance.

Cons

Their willingness to push the workers to overdeliver and not compensating enough. Bad managerial decision. There was no real art direction at one point, micromanaging bosses pulling to an uncertain direction.

- Big and spacious work environment - Vending machine with monthly subsidized amount - Arcade machines (but currently not in use due to covid) - Walking distance to MRT - Friendly colleagues - No office politics

Cons

- Long hours work - Hope to work towards work life balance
