Pagamento fixo é baixo mas a PRL equaliza no final. Ótimos benefícios e desafios internos para evolução na carreira.

Cons

Ritmo puxado e burocracia no ciclo de meritocracia. Apesar de PRL normalmente equalizar os ganhos com o mercado, é ruim depender de N resultados para saber o valor e também aguardar 6 meses para cada ciclo.

At XP, I feel like I can achieve my long term goals and ambitions. The Company gives me freedom to take calculated risks, as long as they are result oriented and values this behavior.

Cons

At this point I do not see major issues that should be pointed out.
