Carga de trabalho excessiva (11h+ para ser mediano dentro da empresa). Liderança desorganizada. Excesso de politicagem. Tudo que você for fazer tem que ser visto por alguém e precisa resolver o problema de alguém acima de você. Se não fizer isso, você nunca vai sair do lugar, mesmo desempenhando funções críticas da sua área.

Well detailed interview process, although it seems to be bureaucratic, later you understand why there are so many steps (in my case 5 interviews). It is an environment of constant learning, highly recommended for engineering, everyone is collaborative and always willing to teach and learn together.
