It's a quite open place do work, considering that it is a financial institution. People are friendly and willing to help.

Cons

The sallary is below market standards, because they say that they will compensate with a bi anual bonus. You'll have to believe them.

Is a place you can grow, if you are dedicated. Good benefits, strong and a very motivated team, great office.

Cons

Sometimes the Company changed too fast. My manager sometimes didn't know what to do. The office location in Rio de Janeiro is good but the traffic is horrible.
